Rob Cain
Rob graduated from Adelaide University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology. Since graduating Rob has spent his time working in the Adelaide Hills while also working 3 harvests in Burgundy, France.
Growing up in a food and wine loving family, a passion was built early. This was helped by family holidays eating a drinking through famous wine regions both inside Australia as well as overseas.
Rob always had a passion to do things outdoors, there was never the possibility of a 9-5 desk job.

The Wines
Fruit is sourced from sites that allow the best potential for highly drinkable wines. In the winery the winemaking process is quite a hands off process. Native yeast allowed for fermentation, delicate handling with maturation in french oak barrels. There are very minimal additions to the wines allowing vineyard characteristics to shine.
