2024 Chenin Blanc

My 2024 Chenin Blanc is sourced from an old vine vineyard in Vine Vale in the Barossa Valley with a super sandy top soil. 

Whole bunched pressed and fermented in older neutral barrels with a generous amount of lees. Occasional lees stirring, full malolactic fermentation and ageing in oak for 10 months help build texture around the beautiful core of fruit. Lovely phenolics help drive the wine and balances well with the acid line.
